If additional imprinting methods are available for a product, Screen Printing or Brilliant Print is the default method. Additional charges will apply for all other imprinting methods, unless otherwise stated in the product description. Please see the chart below for additional costs.

Artwork requirements:
Artwork must have a background shape and color. Geometric shapes are required for backgrounds and will have an approximate 1/8" white border. Bleeds are available on uncomplicated geometric shapes only. Background colors should be different from the color of the product for best results. If the background color isn't specified we will default to white. Max. imprint area is 40 square inches. Max. diameter for Circles and Ovals is 5". Max. size for Squares is 4" x 4". Max. size for Rectangles is 3" x 7".

Run charges:
Run charge is based on stitch count. Minimum run charge is $4.50(g/v) for 8,000 stitches and under. Over 8,000 stitches is $0.60 (g/v) per thousand.

Lead time:
With digitized file, standard 5-7 business days, after artwork approval. Add 2 - 3 days to digitize artwork (if DST not supplied).

DST file must be provided. If DST file not available, file must be digitized to determine the # of stitches (digitizing charges will apply)

Paper proofs: are provided for every imprinted order, including repeat orders at no charge. Orders will not go into production until a signed and dated proof approval is received. Please note: A proof may not be provided for some of our “Express Ship” services.
